1. Engagement Photos
First up this week are OF COURSE our engagement pictures taken by the wonderfully wonderful Kelly Dillon Photography. If you missed my post on Tuesday, I shared some of our favorites here.
2. Boden Waterproof Coat
This is the second coat I've bought from Boden, and I'm the biggest fan! This pattern is almost sold out, but it also comes in a classic navy and a cute polka dot. What I love about it is the quilted lining inside, the detachable hood, and the weight of it. It has been perfect for transitional weather-- not too heavy but it's enough to keep me warm in the wind and the rain. And, because it's Boden, the quality is great. They come out with new patterns every season (the first coat I bought was a few years ago and it's navy with a cute red sunglasses pattern all over it!) so keep an eye out this fall!
3. Tory Burch Miller Canvas Phone Cross-Body
I shared this Tory Burch cross-body in black last month that was a Christmas gift from Les's mom-- it's one of my favorite bags and it's perfect for fitting my phone and a few cards! Les's parents were visiting this weekend, and look what they gave me as an early birthday present!! The canvas design is new to the Miller collection this season and I'm obsessed with it. It goes with everything, and this bag will be absolutely perfect for the summer. It's exactly the one I would have picked to get next! It seems to be sold out in this pattern on Tory Burch's website, but it's still available on sites like Zappos.
4. J. Crew Factory Jamie Pant
If you're looking for a white summer pant that can be dressed up or down, look no further! I picked these up from J. Crew Factory and wore them last week to my work wife's graduation ceremony! They look great with a heel or sandal and either a slightly cropped top, or a looser blouse that's tucked in. Grab them now for $26.50!
5. Our Love Fern
Ok so clearly this is not a fern, but hopefully you get the "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" reference. If not, add it to your weekend watch list--it's a classic! Two weeks ago, Les and I had what felt like a very grown up day. We went to buy an umbrella for our patio, and then we went to the Home Depot garden section for the first time together! We wanted some sort of plant to put in this little gravel garden right next to the entrance to our patio, and I immediately fell in love with this Boxwood tree. It felt like a sign, too, because it was the only one left. And thus, our "love fern" was born. Here's hoping I'll finally develop a green thumb. :)
