The other day I had some errands to run at the mall, one of which was stopping by the little jewelry and watch repair kiosk to get a new battery put into one of my watches. The gentleman told me it would take about 15 minutes-- so what do you do when you have 15 minutes to kill in the mall? You go into the nearest store and accessorize yourself!
In this case, the nearest store ended up being Talbots and I had a forever old gift card to spend, so I wandered over to the accessories section and spotted these small tortoise shell hoops and matching bangle. I don't usually stray from my everyday pearls or J. Crew Factory studs, but I held these hoops up and loved them even with the white shorts and chambray tank I was wearing that day. I'm also not big on bracelets, but again I'm a sucker for tortoise shell, especially for the summer, and couldn't pass this one up to go with my new earrings!
For Monday at work, I paired my new baubles with this white knotted headband from Anthropologie (is anyone else on a headband kick lately?!), a white belted dress from H&M, and the Tory Burch Everly sandals from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale (which ended Sunday, sadly). I also added what I *think* might have been the first Tory Burch bag I ever bought (second-hand from Poshmark!). It's older, but it's pretty similar to styles in the current Robinson collection.
I'm admittedly trying to soak up all of the days we have left to wear white this season. Summer feels like it has FLOWN by, so rock those sundresses while you still can! Happy Wednesday. :)
